office based on Microsoft Small Business Server and

avast! 4 SBS Suite contains the following components:
- Antivirus for Windows Small Business Server -
complete protection for Microsoft Windows Small Business
Server including Exchange and optionally ISA Server (Premium

- Antivirus for Windows based clients - for
detailed description see avast! 4 Professional Edition.
Client protection is available in number of different
languages - see download avast! 4 Professional
Edition.
- Antivirus Remote Administration - For detailed
description see avast! Distributed Network Manager -
ADNM. You shouldn't install and use it in small
Networks.
Our true incremental updates are based on iAVS
technology and they are available for both virus definition
file update and for program upgrade.
- Automatic Updates - are another key point in
virus protection, both the virus database and the program
itself can be updated automatically. The updates are
incremental, and only new data are downloaded, thus reducing
the transfer time. The typical size of a virus database
update is approximately of 20-80kb, the program update
usually has approximately 200-500kb.
- Push Updates are initialized by our servers; they
result in your computer quickly responding and performing
the necessary update.
avast! 4 SBS Suite can be used
on Microsoft Small Business Server 2000/2003 only. Please check the version of System on your
Server before your purchase - Right click on "My
Computer", select "Properties" and read "System:". It should
be:
- "Microsoft Windows Server 2000 for Small Business
Server..." or
- "Microsoft Windows Server 2003 for Small Business
Server..."
If you're using any standard Microsoft Windows Server,
Exchange Server or ISA Servers you can't use avast! 4 SBS
Edition. You can try and purchase avast! 4 Server Edition and it's
plugins.
avast! 4 SBS Suite is distributed electronically. You will
receive license file attached in the E-mail. Follow the steps
described in received E-mail to activate avast! 4 on your SBS
server.
avast! 4 SBS Suite is available in two modifications
as Microsoft 2003 Small Business Server:
- avast! 4 SBS Standard Suite - protects Windows
Server and Exchange Server and connected Windows based
clients
- avast! 4 SBS Premium Suite - protects Windows
Server, Exchange Server and ISA Server and connected Windows
based clients.
You can buy avast! 4 SBS
Standard or Premium Suite license with 1, 2 or 3 years of
maintenance (updates/upgrades) contract included. Select the
right package below, please. The license model is different
from the Microsoft. It's based on the number of supported
clients and printed price is price per client -
there are no 5, 10 or 20 user packages. You don't need to
purchase licenses which you don't need. The Volume Discount
Prices are available. The minimum number is 5
clients, the maximum number of users is the same as
Microsoft SBS - 75 (for SBS 2003).
Note: avast! 4 SBS Suite contains the antivirus for the
Windows based clients PCs too. If you need to protect your
Windows SBS server only you can try and buy avast! 4 SBS Edition.
